Using this website

This website gives general information about water treatment systems. It is not a quote or contract. Any work is governed by the written agreement you sign before service.

Consultations and quotes

Consultations are free and carry no obligation. Prices and recommendations are confirmed in writing before anything is scheduled.

Text messages

By checking or submitting a form that includes our text consent language, you agree to receive calls and texts from Valley Water Pros about your request, appointments and your system, including by automated means. Who does what

Valley Water Pros sells water treatment equipment and supports it after the sale. Valley Water Pros is not a licensed contractor and does not perform installation. Installation is performed by independent contractors licensed by the Arizona Registrar of Contractors, under a separate written agreement between you and the installer, who is responsible for the installation work and its warranty.

Satisfaction guarantee

If you're not happy with your system or installation, tell us within 30 days of installation and we'll work with you and your installer to make it right. Details are in your written agreements.
